Delivery & Returns Information

 

UK GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

All our products are normally dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment. A large selection off our products are designed to be distributed flat, these will be sent via Royal Mail so they can be posted through a customers door. Multiple item orders or products that cannot be sent flat (eg. Sports Bras) will be sent via Hermes which can take 3-5 days.

We do not post on weekends or public holidays – please allow additional time during bank / public holidays

UK DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders for the UK sent free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We are a small retailer so currently we only deliver to the following countries

If you are not covered by the above list and would like to order a product please email [email protected] with the product you would like to purchase and your address and we can provide you with a quote.

Free deliveries:

  • Europe - Orders > £100.00
  • North America - Orders > £150.00
  • Australia/New Zealand - Orders > £150.00

Delivery Charges

  • Europe - £5.00
  • North America - £7.50
  • Australia/New Zealand - £7.50

 

RETURNS

Under the Customers Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of date of delivery (established by tracking date or 3 days from dispatch for Royal Mail deliveries). Please contact [email protected] with order number and reason for return.

A full refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of goods by Rumour Lingerie.

Customer are responsible for the cost of return. When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage. Please ensure that items are well packaged. The parcel must be clearly marked as “RETURN”.

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect you must contact us by email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Rumour Lingerie will provide customers with a return postage label. Please note if the items is deemed not faulty the customer is responsible for all postage costs.
